Job Summary

Drive shopper engagement and sales for IKEA’s home furnishing range as a Retail Sales Representative, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring stock availability to meet targets. You'll work with the Shopkeeper and Procurement teams across IKEA stores in the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Egypt, building customer relationships and promoting add-on sales while staying current with product ranges.
