Key Responsibilities

  • •Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • •Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.
  • •Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.
  • •Draft functional documentation and provide user training.
  • •Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.

Key Requirements

  • •MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications (holding or pursuing)
  • •Proficiency in English and Dutch communication
  • •Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service)
  • •Proficiency with Dynamics 365 functionality and Power Platform
  • •Ability to work on large-scale projects in an international environment
