Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordenar as atividades de aquisição de sites, assegurando a qualidade das entregas e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • •Realizar prospecções em campo para identificação e avaliação de potenciais imóveis, considerando critérios técnicos, comerciais e estratégicos.
  • •Consolidar e apresentar informações técnicas às áreas envolvidas no processo.
  • •Reunir e validar a documentação necessária para assinatura de contratos, garantindo conformidade com os critérios jurídicos da IHS.
  • •Interagir com as áreas de Engenharia, Jurídico e Licenciamento, assegurando a integridade das informações e a fluidez do processo de contratação.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering formação (Engenharias) ou correlatas
  • •Experiência prévia em aquisição de sites ou prospecção imobiliária, preferencialmente no setor de Telecomunicações
  • •Conhecimento da ferramenta Google Earth
  • •Pacote Office
  • •Conhecimento dos processos de licenciamento, regularização e negociação contratual
