Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvement steps
  • •Engage and coach the team, providing feedback and performance management
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory mechanical and physical defects, and lead repair or reject decisions
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time
