Key Responsibilities

•Support the launch and growth of Huspy’s mortgage services in Italy.
•Build local brand presence and drive qualified mortgage lead acquisition via organic, social, partnership, and local marketing initiatives.
•Adapt and localize marketing campaigns from Spain and global teams for the Italian market.
•Create and coordinate social media content and local marketing materials (brochures, landing pages, presentations, email campaigns, sales collateral).
•Track campaign performance and lead/conversion metrics, and use data and market feedback to improve messaging and acquisition channels.

Key Requirements

•5–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, digital marketing, or brand roles.
•Strong understanding of lead generation and digital acquisition.
•Good knowledge of social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
•Strong writing and communication skills in Italian; native Italian and strong English (Spanish is a plus).
•Analytical and highly organized, able to turn strategy into action and manage multiple priorities.
