Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for the payroll process in multiple regions (Germany, Italy).
  • •Communicate daily with Payroll and HR colleagues and coordinate payroll data capture.
  • •Ensure payroll data is captured from input files using required systems/portals and prepare required input transfers.
  • •Respond to payroll inbox queries and ensure actions are captured for the appropriate payroll month.
  • •Process referral payments, sickness leave, and leave of absence reporting; perform payroll checks and prepare the sign-off report for finance meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English (German or Italian is an advantage).
  • •Previous payroll experience.
