  • •Achieve monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets through telesales activities.
  • •Contact potential and existing customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products and services.
  • •Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions; cross-sell and upsell to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly in coordination with team leads.
  • •Compile daily/monthly reports and MIS for the team; adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
