Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project administration across scope/cost/schedule, contract clause understanding, risk mitigation, compliance, documentation, and safety guidelines.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules (tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path) and anticipate planning/resource constraints.
  • •Financially manage projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue and cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and monthly project reviews.
  • •Support sales by assisting with quote preparation and proposals, including change order management and closing orders.
  • •Manage customer satisfaction by building relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status with stakeholders.
  • •Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, award subcontracts, coordinate execution, and manage subcontractor communications, meetings, billing expectations, and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years’ experience in HVAC controls and project management (degree plus, but candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply).
  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree is a plus.
  • •Proficient in resource/manpower planning.
  • •Experience leading teams across different technical skill levels.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
