Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily wafer fabrication operations to meet output, cycle time, and delivery targets.
  • •Manage and develop production teams in a cleanroom environment and ensure shift execution discipline.
  • •Monitor manufacturing KPIs (WIP, cycle time, OEE, tool utilization) and drive production stability.
  • •Partner with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Yield teams for process control, excursion handling, and root cause analysis.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), optimize fab capacity and resources, and support new process qualification and technology transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (IE, planning, EE, Materials, Chemical, Physics, etc.).
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication (frontend).
  • •2+ years of team leadership experience (Supervisor / Shift lead).
  • •Strong understanding of wafer process flow (Litho / Etch / Thin Film / Diffusion / CMP).
  • •Baseline digital fluency to use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, and operational problem-solving.
