Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain all vendor accounts within company policy and manage vendor inquiries
  • •Review submitted payment requests by various departments for suppliers for policy compliance
  • •Perform assigned vendor account reconciliations and follow up actions as needed
  • •Review staff Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement claims in accordance with policy
  • •Monitor aging vendor accounts on a monthly basis and resolve issues in a timely manner

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
  • •0 to 2 years of experience in finance including some experience within Accounts Payables
  • •Experience reviewing payment requests from departments for suppliers to ensure policy compliance
  • •Knowledge of vendor account reconciliations and follow-up actions
  • •Ability to review staff Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement claims and monitor aging vendor accounts monthly
