Job Summary

Senior Consultant in our US Program Advisory practice will work on consulting assignments for major programs and projects, leading workstreams, delivering best-practice advise, and supporting business development. You’ll join a multi-disciplinary team in a client-facing role, contributing to capital strategy and lifecycle improvements across infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources sectors. Hybrid work in New York.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead workstreams (up to moderate complexity) and take ownership of significant/complex deliverables within integrated teams.
•Provide best-practice advice and hands-on help to clients in establishing, transforming, operating and optimizing major programs and projects.
•Deploy a variety of consulting techniques to improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle.
•Collaborate as part of an integrated team to deliver outcomes and support service delivery tools and techniques.
•Support business leaders with business development and practice development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or other recognized professional qualification in management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls or information technology.
•4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar consulting role OR 5 to 10 years’ experience in a relevant role in infrastructure, natural resources, heavy industrial, or construction sectors.
•Awareness of business improvement approaches including business process re-engineering, system development, change management and other relevant techniques.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated prior experience on high value capital programs.
