Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop key technologies to optimize the AI infra stack, including training infra, inference infra, and AI agent infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
  • •Follow and apply latest technologies from academia or industry through deep-dive analysis.
  • •Present research and products in academic papers.
  • •Work with the Compute-US team to advance the compute infrastructure platform for public cloud and internal products.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in one or more areas such as LLM training infrastructure (e.g., RL training, knowledge distillation), LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
  • •Commit to proactive continuous learning and demonstrate enthusiasm for AI technologies.
  • •Ability to quickly grasp and apply new technologies.
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills; preferred experience includes maintaining AI Infra open source communities (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) and CS conference publications (e.g., OSDI, MLSys).
