Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure efficient, timely, and complete processing of internal and external tax reporting while minimizing tax obligations.
  • •Re-evaluate Applied’s global tax structure in light of upcoming changes in the international environment.
  • •Deliver strategic tax planning to drive lower effective global tax rates and operational initiatives.
  • •Analyze and negotiate audit settlements with taxing authorities and remain current with new or modified tax laws.
  • •Regularly report on tax strategy, practices, and exposures to the Board of Directors and/or committees, and lead/ develop the tax team.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 280,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of tax function leadership experience with a US global manufacturing company operating in multiple countries.
  • •Extensive knowledge of computer applications related to corporate tax.
  • •Familiarity with international tax structures including IP and transfer prices, and related US considerations (e.g., GILTI, FIDDI, BEATS).
  • •Excellent analytic, technical tax, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to plan and complete goals on time.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting; preferably completed CPA, JD, Master’s Degree, or other advanced education.
