Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of work in project modules or provide leadership on smaller projects in fast-paced environments.
  • •Work day to day with client stakeholders at all levels and lead stakeholder engagement such as interviews and group dialogue.
  • •Perform problem structuring, analysis, and synthesis of insights, including market, customer, and competitive analysis.
  • •Undertake company financial and operational analysis and prepare and deliver financial models as required.
  • •Coach and develop consultants, contribute to client relationship management, and support business development.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of work experience in strategy consulting or 4–8 years of relevant transaction experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking).
  • •Proven transaction delivery experience across buy-side and sell-side services, including commercial and operational due diligence.
  • •Experience in value creation, including top-line growth and bottom-line performance improvement.
  • •Experience working with Financial Sponsor clients (e.g., Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure Funds).
  • •Ability to manage others by delegating work to more junior team members and fluently communicate in English.
