  • •Own environmental and civil engineering for data center site development, covering stormwater, grading and drainage, erosion control, and environmental constraints.
  • •Drive environmental permitting (SWPPP and construction stormwater, wetlands and waters permits, land disturbance approvals) through agencies and consultants.
  • •Screen prospective sites for fatal flaws (wetlands, floodplains, protected species habitat, contamination findings) before capital commitment.
  • •Manage third-party civil and environmental consultants, keeping deliverables on schedule and rejecting non-permit-ready work.
  • •Coordinate civil design packages (grading, site utilities, roads, drainage) with structural and architectural scopes to enable build without rework.

  • •Have taken industrial or large commercial sites through environmental permitting yourself, including writing/directing SWPPP, delineations, and applications.
