Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Production Budget process for assigned Olympics and seasonal sports properties, including preparation for upcoming events/seasons.
  • •Manage key budget areas for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, including budgeting and reporting of position metrics and associated spend through SCORE.
  • •Provide real-time analysis and updates on production spend versus budget, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve financial goals.
  • •Deliver FP&A and controllership requirements, including budgeting cycles, financial roll-ups, close, and actualization of property/event budgets.
  • •Prepare cost analyses and financial summaries to support decision-making and handle special requests and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • •Prior experience with global ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • •CPA, CORE, or similar experience preferred.
