Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program virtually via phone, text, and email, and in-person at clinics and partner locations.
  • •Listen openly to members and meet them where they are, adapting outreach approaches as needed to support enrollment.
  • •Educate community partners on Pair Team services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program.
  • •Leverage community knowledge and customer service skills to build trust and enroll members.
  • •Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, including updating funnel stages, delays, and blockers to meet enrollment metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •You are physically located in the United States and can work in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant, internet-connected space for Virtual Ops.
  • •1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Bilingual in English/Spanish with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • •Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple technology platforms.
  • •A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
