Job Summary

Join the Workplace Advisory team to guide strategic client engagements at the intersection of business strategy and technology. Develop employee-centric workplace experience and transformation strategies, support GenAI and M365 Copilot adoption, and lead client engagement teams. You’ll also contribute to growth by supporting proposals, sales presentations, and RFP responses—driving innovation, collaboration, and productivity improvements for leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients at strategic levels in collaboration with senior leadership.
•Provide big-picture and tactical guidance on technology-enabled business outcomes.
•Lead client engagements and teams, driving innovation, productivity improvement, AI adoption at scale, and owning project management deliverables.
•Develop and evolve employee-centric experience and organisation transformation strategy propositions and solutions.
•Support identification, development, and selling of workplace experience propositions, including responding to RFPs and delivering sales presentations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions.
•Solid consulting or advisory experience focused on client workplace and employee experience strategies.
•Workplace solution experience including digitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management, with support for M365 technology and capability.
•Experience with AI & agentic governance, value realisation, and adoption in workplace contexts.
•Capability across areas such as culture change & workforce impacts, operating model and organisation design, or process automation and augmentation.
