Packing Leader

Plan and oversee packaging operations to ensure production schedules are met. Lead the packaging team by setting shifts, training, and performance evaluations, while maintaining packaging quality that meets company and customer requirements. Manage packaging material inventory, support cost-reduction efforts, and help optimize new product packaging designs and processes. Investigate packaging anomalies and customer complaints, drive safety and health compliance, and partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to improve end-to-end workflows.
