Key Responsibilities

  • •Create an effortless luxury environment and exceed expectations in hospitality services.
  • •Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the boutique.
  • •Manage main floor traffic by identifying client needs and escorting clients to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
  • •Provide bespoke, high-touch hospitality and assist with concierge needs such as taxi/car service and helping guests into cars with shopping bags or purchases.
  • •Support store safety by alerting to client service needs and notifying Asset Protection of any potential danger; perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
