Job Summary

Provide continuity of care by building an ongoing patient relationship and delivering high-quality general medical services. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform routine exams, order tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care and health education. Work under the Medical Director/CMO, ensure compliance with laws, HSE, and quality standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform duties under the direction of the Medical Director/CMO while delivering adequate, quality patient care.
•Provide preventive care and health education, treat acute and chronic illnesses, and conduct routine exams.
•Provide confidential consultations, assess patients using physical exams and medical history, order tests, recommend treatment, and refer to specialists when needed.
•Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle alterations; interpret investigation findings such as blood tests.
•Ensure safe, compliant practice by following standards of care, maintaining patient records, demonstrating CME, and supporting HSE and quality management requirements.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in general practice/GP, including strong knowledge of general medicine.
•5+ years post-graduate experience, including 2 years in a government or semi-government facility.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
•Ability to work long hours, often under pressure.
•Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Medicine / doctoral degree in Doctor of Medicine.
