Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle for airborne electrical products.
  • •Enhance electrical engineering skills through hands-on testing and debugging of complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
  • •Provide technical oversight and direction, including cost estimation, tracking/reporting, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.
  • •Gain knowledge of electrical components, circuit card assemblies, RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems during testing and debugging.
  • •Prefer root-cause corrective action investigations and experience performing electrical engineering design for CCA/EO/RF/seeker-sensor or electronic subsystems.
