Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day global safety and security operations for APAC regional offices, including co-working locations, and support global initiatives.
  • •Oversee investigations, health and safety compliance, security risk management, travel safety, event security, budgeting, crisis management, emergency response, and property loss management.
  • •Document and disseminate security protocols; develop regional policies, safety protocols, emergency preparedness training, and coordinate with local law enforcement.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Office Operations, Real Estate, IT, Legal, Events, People) to align stakeholders and ensure training on emergency plans and incident response.
  • •Execute workplace safety and security operations, manage contract security personnel, and support incident response and executive briefings, including tabletop exercises for emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in corporate physical security and safety roles within a global security environment, with expertise in APAC regions.
  • •5+ years managing people (full-time people manager essential).
  • •Experience building and growing regional/global safety and security programs, including incident response plans.
  • •Ability to manage physical security program areas such as executive protection, event security, and travel security.
  • •Strong communication skills for conveying security information across organizational levels, with vendor management experience.
