Lead warehouse operations in Rockingham and optimise local repair facility utilisation to support the Scylla program and broader maritime in-service support requirements. •Provide day-to-day leadership for the warehouse team to ensure effective material handling, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
•Maintain compliance with Defence, security, and company requirements for controlled, hazardous, or sensitive items.
•Drive process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability across warehouse operations.
•Manage scheduling, workflow, and utilisation of the local repair facility to increase throughput and reduce reliance on interstate support.
•Coordinate logistics outputs to support ILS inputs, configuration change compliance, and alignment with engineering, technicians, maintenance, and project execution requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years’ experience managing operations, material handling, and inventory control, preferably in Defence or manufacturing environments.

•Experience establishing new warehouse facilities, infrastructure, and processes for warehousing and logistics.
•Direct experience across supply chain disciplines including inventory management and procurement.
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus MS Office capability; SAP ERP experience is desirable.
