Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hands-on analysis, optimization, and performance tuning of complex GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads for high availability and efficiency.
  • •Serve as a senior technical authority on NVIDIA technologies, contributing to architecture reviews and guiding infrastructure decisions.
  • •Establish monitoring and optimization methodologies using analytics, telemetry, and automation to detect bottlenecks and improve resiliency.
  • •Lead technical initiatives end-to-end from initial design through implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment to SLAs and risk mitigation.
  • •Support customer experience through post-deployment reviews and incident retrospectives, and identify AI infrastructure opportunities across cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations focused on infrastructure.
  • •BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • •Strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify root causes and deliver resilient solutions.
  • •Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to lead complex projects and guide technical teams.
  • •Proficiency in system-level areas including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, GPUs, NICs, and hardware architecture.
