Employee Services Specialist (US Shift)

Deliver transactional HR customer service to Global/Regional internal employees, answering inquiries and requests across HR processes, policies, benefits, payroll, learning platforms, stocks, and immigration cases. Work on a US shift schedule, ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential responses. Use Workday (and related tools) to troubleshoot and escalate complex issues, participate in process improvements, and maintain professionalism and data protection.
