•Proactively maintain and strategically develop the accident insurance portfolio using data- and AI-supported portfolio analysis to derive recommendations and actions.
•Optimize processes and the customer journey by defining business requirements for the technical implementation of business processes.
•Take (partial) project leadership responsibility for strategic projects and growth initiatives in accident insurance.
•Monitor market trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes to develop innovative product approaches.
•Develop and implement growth strategies across distribution channels (exclusive sales, brokers, digital) with close cross-functional stakeholder collaboration (e.g., actuarial, sales, IT, claims).

•Completed degree in business administration, economics, insurance, business mathematics, MBA, or a comparable program.

•Proven success leading complex, time-critical projects as project lead or product owner with diverse stakeholder interfaces.
