Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve sales targets by understanding and using product features, following LINK training, and delivering the best in-store customer experience.
  • •Participate effectively in sales activities using available tools and channels (online and offline).
  • •Maintain high, consistent customer service and handle customer issues such as complaints, returns, and individual orders professionally.
  • •Support store organization and back office upkeep, including receiving, organizing, and arranging products for display, and contributing to inventory control and internal counts.
  • •Participate in visual merchandising activities and, with the store manager, support your training and ongoing updates while maintaining confidentiality and supporting sustainability choices.
