Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate deposit and loan products and services to meet customers’ immediate and future needs.
  • •Generate leads, build new and maintain existing customer relationships, and deliver customer guidance through service-window needs assessment and sales.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and input and close personal loan applications, including lines of credit and credit card applications.
  • •Provide transactional support and process items such as non-post reports, wire transfers, credit card orders, address changes, and related branch reporting.
