Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end selection process for senior leadership roles and manage external pipelines for critical hires.
•Collaborate with senior leadership, Talent CoE and HRBPs to assess skill gaps and advise on external talent needs and risk areas.
•Partner with ExCo/MB to identify business needs, translate benchmarks, and propose executive hiring solutions aligned with strategic goals.
•Drive external scouting management by optimizing channels such as social networks, databases, associations and industry conferences.
•Provide market intelligence on talent trends and executive search strategies to inform enterprise talent strategy.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in executive or end-to-end leadership recruiting across global markets (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
•Proven track record advising ExCo, Management Board and functional leadership on talent insights, market trends and critical hiring needs.
