Key Responsibilities

  • •First point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management towards suppliers and internal customers.
  • •Secure and assure Materials Availability to factories and the field by monitoring agreements and performance indicators with suppliers, and resolve stagnations and issues.
  • •Pro-active supply management of a portfolio of parts by understanding demand changes and translating supplier trends into actionable improvements (e.g., replenishment strategies, logistical engineering).
  • •Participate in supplier improvement projects with the Logistics Supplier Manager and Quality Supplier Manager, driving operational improvement plans with suppliers.
  • •Apply LEAN methodologies (e.g., 4C/A3 problem solving) and contribute to department-level projects, including analysis and reporting on Materials Availability and MRP dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
  • •2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • •Experience with planning and inbound supply chain processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and with planning systems (e.g., MRP)
  • •Strong communication, time/priority management, analytical skills, and ability to drive improvements and influence without formal authority
