Job Summary

Ensure the reliability and performance of a SaaS platform by maintaining service availability, handling incidents and errors, and supporting upgrades, patches, and production runbooks. Perform ongoing operations maintenance, support platform maintenance and testing, and develop proactive monitoring and alerting strategies. Collaborate with Software Delivery teams, and use automation and documentation to improve uptime and reduce time to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure service availability and performance of the SaaS platform.
•Handle platform incidents and errors, resolving issues and restoring reliability promptly.
•Manage upgrades of future releases and patches to the Production environment.
•Create and maintain Production runbooks and perform daily/weekly/monthly operations maintenance.
•Develop processes, documentation, and automation, including proactive monitoring and alerting strategies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years working with SaaS production environments and 3+ years in SRE or cloud operations in dynamic production settings.
•Experience with disaster recovery, patching, server maintenance, system upgrading, and some bug-fixing.
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
•Experience supporting and collaborating with Software Delivery teams in production environments.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting mission-critical applications at global scale preferred.
