Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, unit-test, and deploy cloud-native microservices, event-driven integrations, and RESTful APIs.
  • •Apply AI-powered development tools and agentic AI frameworks to improve productivity, delivery speed, and code quality.
  • •Partner with business analysts, QA, operations, and release management across the SDLC to align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • •Lead architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers via code reviews and technical guidance.
  • •Support production validation and assist in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues with operations.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of hands-on Java application development and Spring Boot expertise.
  • •Proven experience building RESTful microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
  • •Hands-on cloud-native development on Azure or AWS, plus frontend proficiency with JavaScript and React.js.
  • •Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database design, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • •Demonstrated ability to accelerate development workflows using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor AI, and GitHub Copilot.
