Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, manage reservations, and coordinate equipment availability.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, system testing, and precise calibration of technical equipment.
  • •Configure and validate hardware setups for customer training events and provide live technical support.
  • •Coordinate, pack, and deploy specialized hardware and training equipment for regional and on-site courses.
  • •Create, test, and distribute localized software PC images and maintain demonstration units and lab readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training and experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with hardware and instrumentation.

  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and common system utilities.
  • •Intermediate to advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
