Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy, promotion, communication schedules, and learning transfer activities.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day Program Manager for the IC/all-employee learning portfolio, shaping content priorities and strategic direction.
  • •Maintain a single source of truth for the organization’s People Development calendars, managing scheduling for all quarterly topics, inclusion training, and management programs.
  • •Facilitate virtual and in-person learning for ICs/all-employee audiences globally, adapting content and pacing in real-time based on learner needs.
  • •Lead twice-monthly EMEA New Hire Orientation (with backup for the Americas), facilitate EMEA manager programs, and deliver quarterly virtual training for APAC.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in learning and development with a focus on program management, large-scale event planning, facilitation, and program design.
  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • •2+ years facilitating to manager audiences (preferred).
  • •Coaching certification (preferred).
  • •Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
