  • •Process Qatar court orders and law enforcement agency (LEA) requests within defined SLAs.
  • •Handle police letters and enquiries across UAE emirates, including Public Prosecution and CID correspondence (UAE).
  • •Manage and respond to email enquiries from government entities and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance, execute cases through the Velocity (MOFT) system where applicable, coordinate internal follow-ups, and monitor cases for timely closure.
