Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, delivering a value-added cost management service.
  • •Produce cost plans and estimates through design, including developing and presenting final cost plans at key milestones.
  • •Estimate, negotiate, and track change orders throughout the construction lifecycle; reconcile contractor data for accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract variances, change of control processes, and cost auditing/validation.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support funding data presentations/VE sessions, and negotiate final accounts; mentor and develop talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is advantageous.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering in construction.
  • •Excellent communication skills and experience supporting data center or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
