Job Summary

Design, develop, configure, and support nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform for commercial and retail banking. Build and enhance lending and onboarding modules, develop custom components with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, and integrate via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with product, business, architecture, and QA teams, participate in Agile delivery, perform code reviews and performance tuning, and troubleshoot production issues while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, configure, and customize nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform.
•Implement and enhance nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Customer Onboarding, Loan Origination, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury Management, and Portfolio Management.
•Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
•Integrate nCino with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party services.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams; support Agile delivery; troubleshoot production issues; and mentor junior developers.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on nCino development.
•Strong Salesforce Platform experience including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.
•Hands-on experience implementing nCino Banking solutions.
•Experience with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies).
•Experience integrating nCino with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and DevOps tooling (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps or similar).
