Key Responsibilities

  • •Identity platform administration (Okta); manage SSO, authentication, and access controls
  • •Automate user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding of users, devices, and application access)
  • •Maintain corporate IT infrastructure (networks, servers, firewalls, applications, cloud services: AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • •Manage endpoint configuration (Jamf, Intune); apply security policies, patching, and remediation
  • •Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, end-user guides)
