Key Responsibilities

  • •Tailor the buying approach to local markets and optimize sales locally.
  • •Provide store-level local market expertise, including feedback on client needs, trends, and competitor insights.
  • •Adapt buying inputs from the AU buying team guidelines and propose product assortment depth and size grid to match market needs.
  • •Coordinate stock deliveries and allocations, including follow-up, monitoring stock levels, and working with the allocator for timely allocations.
  • •Analyze product performance by region and store level and drive sell-through through action plans; train local teams and propose local incentives and VM pushes.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or collection merchandising in a fashion brand.
  • •RTW experience preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • •Strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
