Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging with clients in person and over the phone to understand needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and assist with products such as deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions, and support branch operations on the teller line as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required.
  • •1+ years of experience developing and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
