Key Requirements

•5-8+ years sourcing or recruiting experience; executive search strongly preferred
•Demonstrated success sourcing senior-level (VP+) talent in complex markets
•Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
•Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
•Strong communication skills with executive-level professionalism
