Manage client acquisition and onboarding for commercial banking customers, using wallet exercises to cross-sell the full product suite and meet assigned targets. Build and maintain client dossiers to advise on new solutions and emerging opportunities, while supporting credit processes by obtaining reports, creating credit applications, and communicating risk profile changes to approving authorities. Follow organizational policies and procedures to deliver consistent service to customers and stakeholders.
