Key Responsibilities

•Lead the procurement cycle for assigned materials and services under supervision to ensure timely and cost-optimized procurement.
•Collate information from corporate departments and finalize specifications for RFQs to suppliers.
•Coordinate internal tender committee meetings and ensure PO generation and approvals are timely.
•Negotiate quotations with vendors to secure best value and manage supplier evaluations for future opportunities.
•Maintain supplier database and support periodic supplier performance evaluations to expand the company’s preferred supplier network.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics and distribution or equivalent.
•3-5 years’ experience in procurement, including local and international procurement.
•Understanding of the SAP system.
•Knowledge of law/regulations and contracts including terms and conditions.
•Ability to understand the material or service with a sourcing perspective.
