Construction Manager (CSA) - Data Center

Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for a data center project, covering earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural, and finishing works. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring CSA scope aligns with MEP coordination, interfaces, and sequencing. Review drawings and method/shop statements, monitor CSA schedules and budgets, and enforce QA/QC and strict HSE compliance. Manage inspections, defects, handover, and close-out.
