Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain program-wide reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned with cost, schedule, and scope controls.
  • •Establish reporting workflows and governance to ensure consistent, transparent performance communication.
  • •Lead preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports, including executive/board-level updates on KPIs and emerging risks.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting (e.g., Power BI) and maintain interactive, role-based dashboards with real-time visibility.
  • •Coordinate across Program Controls, Finance, and program leadership to collect, validate, reconcile, and trace data for accurate, audit-ready reporting.
