Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver the regional influencer plan aligned with global campaign priorities, including seasonal planning, briefs, and timelines.
•Manage regional budgets and influencer partnerships (including escalation for larger investments), monitoring risks and delivery performance.
•Own influencer marketing performance against agreed OKRs, overseeing roster growth, activation quality, compliance, and commercial impact.
•Maintain a proactive talent pipeline by overseeing influencer recruitment, retention, roadmaps, and contractual compliance.
•Lead, develop, and performance-manage regional Executives and Senior Executives, including coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews, and succession planning.
