Job Summary

Lead networking managed services for clients at L3 level by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems. Ensure SLA compliance through monitoring, incident analysis, root-cause identification, and escalation of support calls. Configure and validate client infrastructure, investigate third-line issues, and coordinate onsite support and vendor escalations. Coach junior team members, create knowledge articles, support automation initiatives, and may manage technology-domain projects and disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, resolve, and analyze technical incidents and problems to meet SLA requirements.
•Manage high-complexity tickets by conducting thorough analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
•Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational using monitoring tools to respond to alerts.
•Investigate and escalate support calls (including third-line calls) to find root causes and drive resolutions.
•Coach and mentor junior team members, create knowledge articles, train on frequent tasks, and provide inputs to automation teams to reduce manual work.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches/access points, plus enterprise network architecture.
•Advanced certifications on at least one or two of the listed networking technologies.
•Strong planning and project management skills to handle changing circumstances.
•Excellent communication, active listening, and client-focused approach under pressure.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
