•Process high-volume cash transactions and complex negotiable instrument processing with 100% accuracy while following security, audit, and BSA/AML requirements.
•Educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to support convenience and security.
•Listen to customers to uncover personal or business goals and connect them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
•Greet customers throughout the branch experience and maintain a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
•Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and work flexible schedules, including weekends.
