Key Responsibilities

  • •Design care pathways that drive clinical outcomes, grounded in evidence-based practice and patient engagement.
  • •Clinically validate capabilities, care pathways, programs, and content to reflect current evidence and standards of care.
  • •Develop and maintain rubrics, conduct AI agent evaluations, and produce golden datasets to govern agentic capabilities.
  • •Review and grade AI-generated responses against rubrics, applying clinical judgment to flag inaccuracies or unsafe overstepping.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with regulatory bodies and clinical governance standards.
  • •AI proficiency for day-to-day work and experience reviewing AI-generated output for clinical accuracy, safety, and scope.
